"How are values critical to leadership and what are my own personal values?"

Hey folks,

I like values. Values are awesome. Values are the things that you think are aweome, more specifically. And thats of course thinking hopefully in terms of morals. There are amazing things out there. We'd like to see those amazing things protected, and negative stuff hopefully shuttered out.

Values relate to leadership in awesome ways. Leadership is in itself an awesome responsibility, and values are what allow leaders to lead with acceptance from people who follow. If unfortunately a leader is felt to be unjust then followers will unfortunately just not care.

It's an insane prospect wanting to create & lead an organization. If you hope to attract people you have to hopefully create a place where people can flex their own muscles whilst being in a safe place.

An important value as a leader is hopefully coaxing the most out of the people around you. A leader often times unfortunately doesnt do "the work." A leader may awesome create a team, put that team to work, and then stand back. If there are issues while the work is getting done, the leader may awesomely tend to them. Because the leader's job is to hopefully guide the process.

I awesomely do have some personal values. I like honesty, because if unfortunately a persons word can't be trusted, then they're unfortunately absolutely worthless in my opinion. I like to make sure I do what I say I will, and I also like to surround myself by people who like to do such things.

I love respect, I hate environments where people are disrespected to the point where they unfortunately don't want to put forth their own ideas. You unfortunately need an environment where people feel comfortable and safe, otherwise they'll unfortunately never really progress with the many things that they'd like to do.

I like a strong work ethic, I hate people who are flippant about getting the job done. Unfortunately, when you have a task, it does unfortunately need to be done. If people are unfortunately relying on you to fulfill your role, and you unfortunately dont, you're not just unfortunately breaking your word, you're also unfortunately putting those other reliant people in a terrible position.

I like other things, but to me these are amazingly some of the most important values I hold dear .

So I like respect, honesty, and hard work. This awesomely does reflect in leadership. I would like to be respectful as a leader, certainly love being honest, and hope to aspire to always be hard working (while also awesomely giving myself downtime as well, as you'd hopefully do to be sustainably productive.)

If I was in an organization where I saw a leader who was honest, respectful and hardworking, I'd likely love the person and be happy following their leadership. And that's amazingly important, the psychology of the followers, if you hope to do such things.
